Golf Courses Are The New Beachfront

Imagine waking up, getting that big morning stretch, and looking out your window to see unimpeded ocean views. It’s the dream of most, right? Well here’s the deal - that dream will set you back millions. Here in Hawaii, oceanfront properties cost many millions and the closest most people can ever come is living in a skyrise on the 30th+ floor.

Golf courses, on the other hand, are well-manicured, private, and beautiful (some even have water features). I’ve recently sold two houses with stunning golf course views and it really changed my perspective. Potential buyers were imagining themselves sitting on the balcony in the morning watching people drive off the T directly in front of the house.

The best part; it’s actually affordable. These golf course homes range from $900k - 2M. The houses I sold were $1.3M, and I think that’s a great value considering the beautiful views.
